How did you end up in this role?

I worked in various retail jobs for 5 years, my latest role was in Tesco. I decided that I needed a new challenge, I found the Firm were looking for a client services assistant and I applied for the job. I am now very happy with my career change and to be working with a brilliant team.

What do you love most about your job?

I love that every day has something new to tackle and I love working with a brilliant team.

How do you do what you do?

My role as a Client Services Assistant is to make sure clients have a good experience from the minute they contact us. I also do various tasks within the company and help out the solicitors where I can.
