Lucy McKenna – Solicitor
Name: Lucy McKenna
Role: Solicitor
What is your favourite part of your role? I enjoy the diversity of the cases I handle. It’s rewarding to help people during difficult times in their lives. No two days are the same, which keeps the work engaging and challenging.
What do you like most about working for Complete Clarity? The flexibility is fantastic, and the team here is incredibly supportive. I love the fact that the work is both interesting and offers ongoing learning opportunities, which makes it a dynamic and fulfilling environment.
What skills do you find most useful in doing your role? The ability to listen attentively and be understanding is essential. Also, being adaptable and able to manage the different types of work that come through is key, as every case is unique.
Where is your favourite place to go on holiday? I love New York, or spending time at my family’s house in Dunoon. Both places hold special memories and offer a relaxing escape.
What is your proudest achievement? Becoming a mum to my little boy is by far the hardest but most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. It’s truly the best job in the world. Being a lawyer is a close second, as it was always a goal of mine, and I worked hard to get to where I am today.
What do you enjoy doing when not working? I enjoy spending time with family and friends, running, going on long dog walks, and of course, getting some much-needed sleep.
