My role is predominantly training and supporting all members of the Team

What is the favourite part of your role?

To see the growth of our Team members in both their skills and confidence

What do you like most about working for Complete Clarity Solicitors?

That the Director of Fun gets to join me at our offices

What skills do you find most useful in doing your role?

I’ve been told that I have a close attention to detail which certainly comes in handy

Where is your favourite place to go on holiday?

I have unforgettable memories of floating down a river at twilight in a rubber ring in Laos that I would love to replicate

What is your proudest achievement?

Stepping on a plane to Beijing for a solo five-month tour of Asia – and not allowing fear to hold me back

What do you enjoy doing when not working?

Cooking and spending time with family and friends

Who do you admire most and why?

My grandpa – his life story isn’t just one book but would be worthy of a whole series. He constantly challenged himself (and others) never accepting the standard path

How would your team colleagues describe you?

I think our team would say that I am progressive in my approach to the business, supportive of their goals and that I encourage them to be the best that they can be.
