How long have you been in this role: 3rd of October 2022

We asked Laura about her role as Client Services assistant at Complete Clarity Solicitors: I love being part of a small team who engages well with each other to get the job done.

What is the favourite part of your role?  

Being able to help people where possible by getting them booked in with the best solicitor to fit their needs. 

What do you like most about working for Complete Clarity Solicitors?

The People make the company, we are all part of one team no matter what role you do in the firm, No one is left behind.

What skills do you find most helpful in doing your role?

Organisation is a big one as you must be able to manage time to ensure that you are delivering the best customer service to potential clients and that we are always on hand to answer their call when they needed the most.

Where is your favourite place to go on holiday?

Mexico 

What is your proudest achievement?

Within any role that I have previously had, I was able to work my way up the ladder. With hard work and determination able to become part of the Leadership team and lead my very own team. 

What do you enjoy doing when not working?

Socialising with friends, Going for dinner with my partner. 

How would your team colleagues describe you?

Outgoing, hardworking, confident and competent in my role.
