Firstly, a message of thanks to our clients and colleagues for your patience and support with the challenges and uncertainty presented by the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We also want to communicate the responsible steps that we are taking as a business practice. First and foremost, we need to protect the health and safety of our employees and our clients and are following guidance provided by the UK and Scottish Governments. Where appropriate, our employees have already moved to homeworking and we will continue with this set-up for as long as is necessary. Please be assured your data and personal information remains safe and is of one of our utmost concerns at this time. All calls to our office will still be answered and all communications we be exactly as before. Our offices will be manned during this period and staff there tasked entirely and only with the administration of that location to ensure principal documents are received and issued so you can still come in to pick up or drop off any relevant documentation.
These precautionary measures are being taken to limit the potential spread of the virus, keep clients and colleagues safe, and to ensure we maintain our ability to provide our services for the long term.
Should any of our clients experience financial difficulty we want you to know that we are always open to discussing your funding options to ensure that your case(s) continue to proceed.
We recognise that this is a constantly changing global situation, an unprecedented time for everyone — our thoughts and best wishes go out to all. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions or concerns. We will do our very best to help you.
We expect the days, weeks and months ahead to be testing, by working together to support each other we will meet the challenges ahead.
Please be safe and stay healthy
