All at Clarity Simplicity hope you are well. We, like all, are looking forward to the further progress being made in relation to the Covid pandemic and as things return to more of what we would all consider ‘normal’.
As you know, since 20th March 2020 our offices have been closed to the public as a result of adherence to government guidance but also, and most importantly, to protect you our clients and our colleagues.
As of 9th August 2021 the Scottish Government has advised that we are now able to move beyond level Zero and in particular that offices can now be moved to being reopen. The guidance is that this ought to be done in a phased and gradual basis in order to continue to mitigate the effects of the virus.
Accordingly, and has been the case throughout, this is what we would intend to do. However, we feel important lessons have been learned over the course of the last 18months. We consider that we’ve been able to offer the same high quality service to you but remotely allowing for greater convenience to you in terms of the flexibility of appointments due to less travel for both you and our colleagues. Further our colleagues have reported that working from home has been of positive benefit to them and finally we’re mindful that in consequence of our collective lesser travel the positive benefits upon our local environment.
For all of those reasons we don’t want to simply go back to how things were. We want to learn from those lessons so that we can continue to provide the best possible service to you. Therefore, and what this will mean for you is that we will shortly be moving to what is being referred to as ‘hybrid’ working but what we consider to be ‘Your Choice’ working.
What does ‘Your Choice’ mean for you? Quite simply, it will be your choice how, and where, you interact with us. We will continue to work remotely in the main but with staff presence in our offices by arrangement. This means we can continue to offer you interaction by email, phone, Zoom, Skype and WhatsApp but, if you wish to see us Face to Face, we are happy to accommodate that at our offices at 34 Woodlands Road, Glasgow, G3 6UR; 2 Main Street, East Kilbride, G74 4JH or at our newest office at 19 Bank Street, Dumfries, DG1 2NZ.
Please note that these offices won’t always have a staff member present but we are more than happy to accommodate by prior arrangement. When you come in to see us we want you to be assured that we will continue to follow all precautionary measures to ensure that the safety of you and us is paramount.
